Job Description:
- Set and drive the firm’s strategic vision and long-term goals
- Lead major client relationships and account growth
- Oversee business development and revenue performance
- Participate in firm governance and key decision-making
- Mentor, manage, and evaluate partners and senior professionals
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical standards
- Represent the firm with external stakeholders and industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or relevant professional qualification) preferred.
- Relevant professional certification or license preferred (industry-specific).
- Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive professional experience in the relevant field.
- At least 5–8 years of senior leadership or partner-level management experience.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, business development,and financial oversight.
- Ability to work primarily in an office environment with occasional travel as required.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and ethical leadership skills.

Method of Application
Job Description:
- Install, test, commission, and maintain fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems.
- Inspect fire systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with approved designs and codes.
- Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions on fire alarm panels, detectors, and control devices.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and system performance testing.
- Read and interpret fire system drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with safety teams, engineers, and clients during inspections and audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma, technical certificate, or vocational training in Fire Engineering, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fire detection and fire protection system maintenance.
- Valid fire system technician certification from a recognized authority (required).
- Good knowledge of fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, and relevant safety standards.
- Ability to read and understand fire system drawings, layouts, and manuals.
- Physically fit to work on sites, including confined spaces and elevated areas.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, safety awareness, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Offshore travel documents valid for at least one year(BOSIET,OSP,SBC,Medicals, TB, A&D, Audiometry)
