Job Description
- We are seeking an sharp and results-driven professional to drive client acquisition, maintain strong customer relationships, and increase brand awareness for our cleaning and drone cleaning services.
- The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and promote our range of cleaning solutions to individuals.
Responsibilities include
- Source and acquire new clients while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and market cleaning services and drone cleaning, including residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning solutions.
- Guide clients through service selection, scheduling, and post-service support.
- Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service execution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales targets and support overall company growth objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, client service, or customer-facing roles (experience in cleaning services or facilities management is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling high-volume client interactions.
- Familiarity with Abuja’s business environment is a plus.
