Logistics Manager
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the movement, storage, and distribution of CNG and NGL products from the plant to customers. The role ensures efficient product evacuation, optimal fleet utilization, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective logistics operations while maintaining high safety standards.
Job Details
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations; manage fleet scheduling, routing, and utilization; ensure timely and efficient product evacuation; monitor and optimize logistics costs and performance; ensure compliance with transportation and regulatory requirements; manage third-party logistics providers and contractors; maintain logistics records and reporting; support planning for storage and inventory management; drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and service delivery
- Ensure safe transportation, handling, and storage of CNG and NGL products; enforce compliance with HSE standards and transport safety regulations; ensure vehicle safety checks and driver compliance; implement emergency response procedures for transport incidents; promote safety awareness among logistics personnel and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; relevant professional certifications in logistics or supply chain are an added advantage
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in logistics within oil and gas or similar industries, with exposure to bulk product transportation and fleet management
