CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide overall clinical leadership at the Ikorodu facility
- Enforce evidence-based protocols and documentation standards
- Lead morbidity & mortality meetings and clinical audits
- Supervise Medical Officers and oversee nursing clinical standards
- Maintain full regulatory compliance (HEFAMAA, MDCN, etc.)
- Drive patient safety, discipline, and accountability
- Submit structured clinical performance reports to the Group CMD
- Support service development and clinical expansion initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- MBBS with full MDCN registration
- Recognised Consultant qualification (FWACP, FMCP, FMCFM or equivalent)
- Demonstrated clinical leadership or hospital management experience
- Strong governance and enforcement capacity
- Ability to operate within a structured executive reporting framework
