Land Surveyor
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station, etc.)
- Measure and map land boundaries, elevations, and topography
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings
- Verify accuracy of survey data and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety standards
- Set out construction works according to approved plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in surveying tools and software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of land laws and regulations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Professional certification (e.g., SURCON, NIS) is an added advantage.
