The Media Specialist is responsible for visual storytelling, content production, and multimedia support for both internal and external communications.
The role ensures that every field activity, campaign, and customer success story is professionally documented and transformed into marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography and videography coverage of activities.
- Video editing and content production.
- Production of promotional videos.
- Coverage of activations and mechanic meets.
- Management of media archive and digital assets.
- Management of media equipment inventory.
- Production of internal communication materials.
- Support digital campaigns with multimedia assets.
- Coordinate interviews and testimonials.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Media, Mass Communication, Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
Proficiency in:
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Photography and videography tools
- Strong storytelling ability.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across all communication materials.
- Support product launches and new product introductions.
- Manage POS materials and branding assets.
- Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market and competitor intelligence gathering.
Trade Marketing and Activation
- Plan and execute mechanic meets.
- Coordinate free oil change activities.
- Organize market storms and roadshows.
- Manage retailer and distributor engagement programmes.
- Coordinate sales promotions and incentive programmes.
- Execute trade visibility initiatives.
- Relationship Management
- Build relationships with:

Reporting
- Prepare post-activation reports.
- Measure campaign performance.
- Provide market intelligence reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor\’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 4-6 years experience in trade marketing, activations, or brand management.
- Experience within lubricant, automotive or FMCG industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively
