Our Client

Our client, an alcoholic beverage distribution company, seeks to employ a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Review general ledger entries and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Work closely with other departments to resolve financial inconsistencies
• Support audits and provide required documentation
• Supervise and guide junior finance staff where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Desktop Enterprise
• FMCG industry experience preferred (inventory-heavy environment)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and document consumer complaints.
• Investigate service-related complaints and disputes.
• Liaise with electricity service providers on complaint resolution.
• Track complaint resolution timelines and outcomes.
• Prepare consumer complaint reports and analytics.
• Conduct consumer enlightenment and awareness campaigns.
• Maintain complaint databases and records.
• Support customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ customer-facing experience.
• Strong complaint resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• Good report writing and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
