About the Role

• Pad-Up Creations is seeking a skilled and versatile Full-Stack Web Developer to take ownership of our digital infrastructure.
• As we scale our operations and expand our reach (including subsidiaries), we need a technical lead to manage, maintain, and optimize our corporate website and digital portal.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can bridge the gap between visual design and server-side logic.
• You will be responsible for ensuring our portal remains secure, user-friendly, and capable of supporting our growing ecosystem of social entrepreneurship and digital education.

Key Responsibilities

• Portal & Site Management: Full ownership of the Pad-Up Creations website and internal/external portals, ensuring 99.9% uptime and peak performance.
• Front-End Development: Enhance user experience (UX) and interface (UI) to ensure our platforms are accessible, responsive, and intuitive across all devices.
• Back-End Development: Build and maintain robust server-side logic, manage databases, and ensure seamless integration between the front-end and the data layer.
• Security & Maintenance: Implement high-level security protocols to protect user data and perform regular backups and software updates.
• New Feature Implementation: Collaborate with leadership to design and deploy new digital tools, automation features, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshooting: Rapidly identify and fix bugs, broken links, or performance bottlenecks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Front-End Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (knowledge of frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular is a plus).
• Back-End Stack: Strong experience with server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Python, or Node.js) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• CMS Expertise: Experience managing and customizing major platforms (e.g., WordPress) and custom-built web applications.
• Problem Solver: A “zero tolerance for error” mindset regarding site functionality and data integrity.
• Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
