Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries professionally
• Follow up on clients and bookings
• Drive sales for grooming, boarding, vet services & pet products
• Manage WhatsApp, Instagram & walk-in clients
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years experience
• Good communication skills
• Smart, organized & proactive
• Sales/customer service experience is a plus
• Must genuinely like pets and be comfortable around animals
• Must be willing to start immediately
• Must live around Lekki/Ajah axis (preferred).

Job Responsibilities

• Feed and monitor pets daily.
• Clean and maintain pet spaces and equipment.
• Assist with pet boarding and grooming activities.
• Safely handle and walk dogs.
• Observe pets and report any unusual behavior or health concerns.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and calm environment for pets.

Requirements

• Must genuinely love animals and be comfortable around pets.
• Must be responsible, neat, and hardworking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in pet care is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Must be willing to start immediately.
