About the Role
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of administrative and general support services at the facility, ensuring a safe, well‑resourced and efficiently run environment that enables seamless clinical and non‑clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the administrative and support-services team and allocate workloads to meet agreed service levels.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, cleaning, utilities and space planning, to maintain a clean, functional and patient-friendly environment.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors; monitor performance against contracts and service-level agreements.
- Develop, implement and monitor administrative policies, processes and standard operating procedures in line with organisational standards and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, travel and visitor management at the facility.
- Monitor and control the support services operating budget; identify and drive cost-efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environmental requirements in partnership with the HSSE function.
- Prepare periodic reports on support services performance, asset utilisation and operational issues for management.
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of all administrative and support services (facilities, office management, fleet, vendor services and front desk) across the facility.
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison between the facility and Head Office functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in administration or facilities/support services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinating role.

About the Role
- Lead the delivery of human resource operations at the facility, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance, and HR administration in line with organisational policy and labour regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for the facility, partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes (confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits) and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes and staff welfare, in line with policy and Nigerian labour law.
- Coordinate the facility’s performance management cycle, supporting managers on goal‑setting, appraisals and development plans.
- Administer payroll inputs, leave, attendance and benefits in coordination with Finance and Head Office HCM.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development interventions for facility staff.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and statutory requirements (pension, PAYE, NHF, NSITF) are complied with.
- Supervise, mentor and develop the Human Resource Officer.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics (headcount, turnover, absence) for management.
- Champion staff engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years at a senior or supervisory level.
