Job Purpose
- The Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end outbound operations, ensuring all orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outbound activities (picking, packing, and dispatch)
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with SLA
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery
- Monitor order accuracy and resolve discrepancies or delays
- Lead and manage outbound staff, including task allocation and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and proper documentation
- Track dispatched orders and manage exceptions such as returns or failed deliveries
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outbound performance and backlog
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and fulfillment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

PURPOSE
- Responsible for making sure that office buildings (office space, warehouse) and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. He/She is responsible for taking care of the day-to-day maintenance, upgrades, performing regular maintenance practices on property and equipment to reduce the occurrence of workplace accidents and lengthens the lifespan of the property and equipment.
KEY DUTIES
- Performs planned preventive maintenance on office buildings, machines and other equipment like generators, Air conditioners, water dispensers, coffee machines and so on.
- Performs corrective maintenance on office buildings, machines and other equipment generators, Air conditioners, water dispensers and so on.
- Ensures that fire extinguishers in all Konga Offices are serviced and valid.
- Ensures there are no dead bulbs in the facility
- Repair of all Bad furniture
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Performs Energy management.
- Accountable for waste disposal
- General office renovation and relocation
- Responsible for space management in the facility
- Ensure smooth relationship with landlords, relevant state agencies, Electricity officials etc, amongst others.
- Maintaining accurate record.
- Attend to other tasks as it relates to the administrative team.
