What You’ll Do
- Advise on HR strategy, compliance, and workforce planning
- Support recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development
- Deliver HR audits, policies, and training programs.
- Provide workforce analytics and insights for better decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years’ HR consulting or workforce advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of labor law & HR compliance
- Excellent facilitation and client engagement skills
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
