Job Summary

• As the Motion Graphics & Video Editor, you will create high-quality, fast-paced short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• You will collaborate daily with the Content Creator and Growth Lead to deliver compelling, Nigeria-relevant video content.

Responsibilities

• Edit daily short-form videos with captions, transitions, and animations
• Package influencer and UGC content into polished final outputs
• Produce motion graphics and text animations aligned with brand identity
• Repurpose footage into multiple formats and maintain content libraries
• Deliver same-day or next-day edits based on campaign needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years video editing experience with strong short-form portfolio
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or CapCut Pro
• Experience editing influencer or viral-style content
• Strong sense of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work fast and hit high weekly output targets.

• You will onboard users, build micro-communities, and support early trust-building essential for product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-ground activations across communities, churches, events, and hubs
• Explain product features clearly and guide users through onboarding
• Build and maintain engaged local communities for continuous growth
• Run demos and support influencer or ambassador activities
• Document field insights and provide real-time feedback to the Growth Lead

Requirements

• Experience in field marketing, community engagement, or brand activations
• Strong Lagos community awareness and ability to influence groups
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• High energy, confidence, and ability to execute weekly field targets
• Strong reporting and documentation discipline.
