Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Architect based in Lekki, Lagos.
• The role involves leading architectural design projects, creating detailed design plans, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
• The Architect will work on integrating innovative building solutions and oversee project implementation, from concepts to completion, to ensure high standards of quality and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of building codes and construction practices
• Project Management skills, including handling timelines, budgets, and cross-functional team coordination
• Familiarity with Software Development tools and their integration to enhance architectural processes
• Experience in delivering innovative design solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to address their requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with professional licensure preferred
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural tools
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in real estate development or facilities management would be advantageous
