Customer Success & Compliance Executive

Customer Success & Compliance Executive will serve as a strategic liaison between RusselSmith and its clients while ensuring the organisation maintains full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. This dual-focused role requires a professional who can drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while simultaneously monitoring and managing the company\’s compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions and industry standards

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally administer all incoming and outgoing calls; direct calls appropriately, take accurate messages, and maintain call logs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and customer-centric personnel for the company, ensuring a positive first impression at all times.
  • Provide callers and visitors with accurate information on company address, directions, contact details, website, and general enquiries.
  • Respond promptly to all website and social media enquiries, escalating where necessary.
  • Greet and receive guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner, and direct them to appropriate offices and personnel.
  • Ensure the reception area is consistently tidy, presentable, and hospitable.
  • Monitor and track statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to RusselSmith’s operations across all jurisdictions.

Maintain and manage comprehensive compliance calendars.
Qualification

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, customer success, front desk operations, account management, and/or compliance roles.
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, engineering, or industrial services is an added advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in Nigeria’s oil and gas/energy sector.
  • Excellent communication, enunciation, and diction.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and CRM/compliance systems.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, multitasking, and documentation control skills.
  • Sound knowledge of HSE regulations, corporate etiquette, and visitor management.
