Healthcare Administrative Officer
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrative Officer to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in supporting our smooth day-to-day operations, enhancing residents’ comfort, and fostering a welcoming environment for families and visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in office administration, record-keeping, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Conduct facility inspections, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management with preventive maintenance planning and facility upkeep
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of animal health, care, and treatment.
- Supervise routine animal husbandry tasks such as grooming and parasite control
- Monitor and maintain animal care records and husbandry tasks.
- Assist in implementing stimulating activities tailored to residents’ needs.
- Support cognitive, recreational, and occupational programs.
- Provide one-on-one support for residents unable to join group activities.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments for outings and events.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
- Assist in maintaining and updating personnel files and documentation on EHR.
- Support rota preparation and ensure timely submission of employee data.
- Monitor attendance, and compliance with HR policies.
- Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Preferably Male
- Residing within Ikorodu or willing to relocate.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration/customer service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Creativity in designing engaging activities for elderly residents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
