Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s Degree/HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Agricultural Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Experience in agriculture is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, and Nigerian Labour Laws.
- Professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to relocate and work full-time in Elele, Rivers State.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and employee welfare.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and workplace safety standards.
- Support workforce planning and HR operations to improve productivity.
