Job Summary
- We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, BSC or equivalent qualification.
- Must possess an android phone of at least 3GB RAM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency.
- Previous call center, telesales, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
