Borno State, JHS operates across Yobe, Borno, Adamawa, and parts of North Central Nigeria. JHS delivers integrated humanitarian and development interventions in:
- WASH (including solar-powered water systems):
- Gender Based Violence (GBV)
- Child Protection
- Education
- Emergency response;
- NFI distribution
- Rural resilience &
- livelihood support
- Peacebuilding & youth engagement
- Health promotion &
- protection services
In line with our commitment to transparency, accountability, value for money, and quality service delivery, JHS hereby invites qualified, experienced, and reputable vendors and service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for framework agreements for the 2026 operational year.
Purpose of the EOI
The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify competent vendors and service providers for inclusion in JHS’s 2026 Supplier and Service Provider Database for Framework Agreements. Successful applicants may be invited to participate in restricted tenders, request for quotations (RFQs), and service contracts throughout 2026.

- Solar-powered borehole installation
- Solar hybrid systems (water & office use)
- Smart metering systems
- Solar accessories and maintenance
Food Vendors & Catering Services
- Community event catering
- Staff feeding services
- Training/workshop catering
- Relief food packaging support
System Accessories & ICT Equipment
- ICT equipment supply
- Networking accessories
- Smart devices and related systems
Security Services
- Static guards
- Event security
- Office and warehouse security
Office Supplies
- Stationery
- Printing materials
- Office consumables
- Furniture and fittings
Vehicle Maintenance & Spare Parts
- Routine servicing
- Spare parts supply
- Mechanical repairs
General Office Maintenance
- Plumbing
- Electrical works
- Facility maintenance
- Cleaning services
Eligibility Criteria
Interested Firm must submit the following:
- Company Profile (maximum 10 pages)
- Evidence of CAC Registration
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (where applicable)
- Evidence of previous similar experience (at least 2 references)
- Bank details (on company letterhead)
- Evidence of technical capacity and qualified personnel
- Valid contact information (address, phone, email)

- This EOI does not constitute a solicitation or guarantee of contract award.
- Only shortlisted vendors will be contacted.
- JHS reserves the right to accept or reject any submission without assigning reason.
- All procurement processes will adhere to JHS policies on integrity, accountability, and value for money.
