Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Personal Social Media Manager/Content Creator to manage and grow a personal brand across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, posting, audience engagement, and brand consistency while driving visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with personal brand goals
- Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, reels, stories, and carousels)
- Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Write compelling captions and hashtags tailored to each platform
- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community management
- Monitor trends and recommend content ideas accordingly
- Track performance analytics and provide regular reports
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
- Collaborate on campaign ideas, partnerships, and promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, Chatgpt.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
- Video creation & Editing skills
- Experience managing personal brands or influencers
- Photography and graphic design skills
- Content Planning and Consistency
- Branding & Positioning Skills
- AI & Automation tools
- Paid ads or growth strategy experience
