Role Description

  • The Relationship Manager role is a full-time position based on-site in Apapa.
  • The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships with corporate, commercial, and high-value clients, while developing new business opportunities.
  • Key tasks include analyzing client needs, offering financial solutions, monitoring account performance, and driving the bank’s financial growth targets.
  • Additional responsibilities involve ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining compliance standards, and providing industry insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience (BE grade and above)
  • Ability to grow deposit and deliver strong profitability.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking, commercial banking techniques, and financial product offerings
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred
  • Knowledge of the local business market in Apapa is an advantage
