Project Architect
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate structural, MEP, and civil inputs into architectural plans.
- Obtain building permits and approvals from FCT agencies (e.g., Abuja Development Control).
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction matches approved designs.
- Manage design changes and issue revision drawings.
- Supervise architectural subcontractors (finishes, facades, landscaping).
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from architectural consultants.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; knowledge of Nigerian building codes and FCT planning standards.
- Certifications: ARCON registered; NIA membership will be an added advantage.
- Other: Portfolio of completed projects in Abuja.
