Job Description
- Our clientis looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee garment production, manage tailors, ensure quality standards, and improve productivity across operations.

- Supervise tailors and production staff
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery
- Improve productivity and optimize resources
- Enforce production processes and standards
Person Specifications
- BSc / HND in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in fashion production (with supervisory/managerial role)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of tailoring, garment construction & fabrics
- Ability to manage tailors, enforce discipline, and meet production timelines
- Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
