Office Driver
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive company staff, visitors, and goods to designated locations on time.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition—conducting daily checks on fuel, oil, water, lights, brakes, and tires.
- Keep the vehicle clean, inside and out, at all times.
- Ensure all vehicle documents (license, insurance, roadworthiness) are valid and up to date.
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure safety.
- Assist with office errands such as delivering documents, picking up supplies, and supporting logistics needs.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
- Not permitted to talk to staff rudely.
- Keeping tabs of all office visitation and itinery for the day and week and give report to the Admin and HR Associate.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC, OND or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of professional driving experience (corporate or similar environment preferred).
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally.
