Legal Compliance & Documentation Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly compliant Legal Compliance & Documentation Officer to support the company’s operational and documentation processes related to international compliance reviews and client communication.
The ideal candidate must possess strong English communication skills, a legal educational background, excellent confidentiality awareness, and the ability to work within structured operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, format, and submit compliance-related documents and questionnaires for international clients.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone using approved company communication guidelines.
- Escalate unfamiliar or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate internal department.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of company information and client data.
- Support daily compliance and administrative operations within the Ogun FZE Free Trade Zone environment.
- Follow company procedures and reporting structures accurately and professionally.
Requirements
- Nigerian citizen.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and/or B.L qualification.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and company guidelines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality awareness.
- Good learning ability and willingness to undergo specialized training.
- Basic understanding of legal documentation, compliance procedures, or international business operations is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
