Job Summary
- As the Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for managing revenue collection, patient billing, payment reconciliation, and ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process payments, patient billing, and revenue transactions accurately using the ERP system
- Reconcile daily collections and investigate transaction discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, payments, and financial transactions
- Prepare revenue reports and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting efficient revenue collection processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, revenue, or finance operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
