What You Will Own
- Manage and coordinate the NOC team across shift rotations to ensure 24/7 network uptime
- Monitor the entire network, identify threshold breaches, and trigger timely upgrades
- Supervise first-level incident management — root cause analysis, fault logging, and escalation
- Liaise with the Outside Plant team on link restoration and incident updates
- Prepare daily incident summaries and weekly/monthly link availability reports
- Develop automated tools for proactive network monitoring and incident reporting
You Are the Right Fit If You Have:
- BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering. 2.1/2.2 or Uppercredit
- 3–6 years of hands-on telecoms/network operations experience
- Practical experience with Routing, Switching, and GPON technology — non-negotiable
- Strong IP networking knowledge and telecoms design skills
- Understanding of ITIL v4 service management
