The Role
- This isn’t your traditional editing gig.
- We are looking for a creator who lives at the intersection of AI innovation and high-quality video production.
- You will be responsible for generating unique AI-driven visual assets and turning them into polished, highly engaging videos for our marketing, branding, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Generation: Utilize advanced AI video and image generation tools (e.g., Runway Gen-2, Midjourney, Sora, Pika, Stable Diffusion, or similar) to conceptualize and create visually stunning digital assets from scratch.
- Video Editing: Cut, piece together, color-grade, and polish both AI-generated assets and traditional raw footage into high-converting videos.
- Audio & Effects: Integrate high-quality sound design, voiceovers (traditional or AI-generated), background music, and motion graphics to elevate the final product.
- Storytelling: Script, storyboard, and structure short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual output aligns with the professional, innovative, and investment-focused identity of the company.
Requirements & Qualifications
- The Double Threat: Proven experience as both an AI content creator and a skilled video editor.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard editing suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro) AND deep familiarity with leading AI video/image prompt engineering tools.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a mix of traditional editing skills and AI-generated video projects. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
- Proximity & Flexibility: Ability to commute to our office in Lagos 2 to 3 times a week for creative syncs, filming, and team collaboration.
- Speed & Creativity: A sharp eye for aesthetics, pacing, and modern visual trends, with the ability to deliver quality work on quick turnarounds.

About the Role
- Are you a night owl with exceptional communication skills? Respected Solution is looking for a dedicated and reliable Virtual Assistant to manage our after-hours operations. This role is critical in ensuring our clients and followers receive seamless support while our physical offices are closed.
- As our Virtual Assistant, you will be the “digital face” of the company during the night, handling all incoming inquiries via our official phone lines and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Management: Handle all incoming calls on the office phone line professionally, providing information or escalating urgent issues as needed.
- Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).
- Inquiry Resolution: Provide accurate information regarding our services, following company guidelines to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain a log of all interactions and provide a brief handover report at the end of the shift (6:00 AM).
Requirements
- Availability: Must be able to work the 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM shift consistently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English is essential).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using social media management tools, VoIP/office phone systems, and messaging apps.
- Environment: Must have a quiet workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a stable power supply (Inverter/Generator backup).
- Reliability: High level of discipline to work independently without direct supervision during night hours.
