Role Overview
- The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee all financial operations, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
- Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, CPA, CFA or equivalent) is required
- Minimum of 10–15 years’ progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in healthcare or large complex organizations is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
