Responsibilties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the financial services sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks, microfinance institutions, fintech companies, and other financial organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Risk & Compliance Officers).
- Present, promote, and sell cybersecurity and technology solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory requirements affecting financial institutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 – 8 years experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management of the refractory products business unit, including operations, sales, procurement, and logistics
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share and drive revenue targets
- Manage relationships with key clients, contractors, and industrial partners across sectors such as steel, cement, glass, and petrochemicals
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality meets industry and client specifications
- Lead procurement of raw materials and ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the refractory market
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to refractory operations
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team to ensure high performance and accountability
- Liaise with technical teams to resolve product or application challenges at client sites
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 – 10 years of experience in the refractory, industrial minerals, or related heavy industry sector
- At least 3 – 4 years in a senior management or leadership role
- Strong understanding of refractory materials, applications, and market dynamics
- Excellent knowledge of HSE standards within industrial environments
- Strong network within key refractory-consuming industries is a significant advantage.
