Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and manage distributor and sales team operations across the Kano region.
- The ideal candidate will be results-driven, commercially savvy, and capable of delivering sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
- Manage, motivate, and supervise sales teams and distributors within the region
- Expand market penetration and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all channels
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support regional initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, with proven FMCG industry exposure
- Prior experience managing regional sales operations and teams
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Kano and Northern Nigeria market is an added advantage
- Ability to resume work immediately.
Salary
N400,000 monthly and above (commensurate with experience).

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with FMCG experience to manage the sourcing and procurement of spare parts and technical materials.
- The ideal candidate must be proficient in SAP and capable of ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement to support production and operations.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure spare parts and technical materials using SAP
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Support maintenance and production teams with reliable material supply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG procurement, particularly spare parts
- Proven experience in FMCG procurement, especially spare parts
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM module preferred)
- Good negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
