Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our automobile manufacturing team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping, repairing, fitting, and finishing vehicle body panels and metal components to ensure they meet company quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, align, and fit vehicle body panels, frames, and metal structures.
- Shape metal panels using specialized tools and equipment.
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle body parts.
- Replace damaged or defective body components when necessary.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting and finishing processes.
- Perform welding, grinding, sanding, and metal finishing activities as required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with production, welding, painting, and quality control teams.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.
- Adhere to workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of OND, Trade Test Certificate, Technical College Certificate, or equivalent vocational qualification in Panel Beating, Auto Body Repair, Welding & Fabrication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in automobile manufacturing, auto body repair, or vehicle assembly.
- Knowledge of panel beating, metal shaping, welding, and body repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and body repair equipment safely.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to the Group Managing Director (GMD) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.
- The successful candidate will manage the GMD’s schedule, coordinate meetings, handle confidential correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the GMD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to correspondence, emails, and telephone calls on behalf of the GMD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and other executive documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Serve as a liaison between the GMD and internal departments, stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Monitor action items and follow up on tasks assigned by the GMD.
- Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, and strategic documents.
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodation, and itineraries for the GMD.
- Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
