Responsibilities
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures and manage outsourced functions to ensure the company’s financial integrity.
- Interpret the company’s financial results to management, providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
- Compile key business metrics, including financial and operational KPIs, and report regularly to the Directors for informed decision-making).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, CFA or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Proven progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or treasury functions.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling is required
