Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers professionally
- Take customer food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged
- Provide menu information and recommendations to guests
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant area
- Prepare bills and assist with payment processing when required
- Follow hotel service and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Smart appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Teamwork and multitasking ability
- Previous hospitality experience is an added advantage

- Handle room bookings and reservations
- Receive payments and issue receipts
- Keep records of guests and daily activities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
- Report customer complaints or issues to management
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Promote hotel services to guests
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak and understand English properly
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
- Smart appearance and good attitude
- Ability to work day or night shifts
- Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage
