HSE Officer
Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to join our team in Apapa, Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and supporting the development of a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Organize safety trainings and awareness programs
- Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree /HND in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years relevant HSE experience
- Basic HSE certifications will be an added advantage
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
