- You will handle a mix of scheduled appointments and walk-in clients, providing exceptional cuts, vibrant colors, and stunning styles tailored to a global standard.
Core Responsibilities
- Versatile Styling: Perform haircuts, blowouts, and color applications safely and effectively on all hair types (including fine, coarse, wavy, curly, and chemical-processed international hair).
- Cross-Cultural Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, professional, and patient experience for foreign clients, adapting communication styles to bridge potential language or cultural gaps.
- Station & Tool Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitized between appointments.
- Client Retention: Build a loyal following by ensuring international guests feel heard, understood, and comfortable with the local salon experience.
- Product Education: Guide clients on the best products to handle local humidity, hard water, or weather changes based on their specific hair type.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience on a salon floor, with explicit training or hands-on experience working with foreign or diverse hair types.
- Licensing: Valid and active Cosmetology or Hairdressing
