Group Treasury Manager

Key Delverables

  • To manage the Group’s treasury function while driving contract financing, corporate finance, and capital sourcing strategies that support project execution and business growth across Oilserv’s EPC, upstream, and gas processing operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • This role combines core treasury management with strategic responsibility for financing project contracts, structuring corporate finance solutions, and sourcing capital to support the Group’s operations and growth ambitions.

Treasury Management:

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital across the Group.
  • Oversee banking relationships, facilities, and treasury operations.
  • Monitor and manage foreign exchange and interest rate exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.

Contract Finance:

  • Structure financing arrangements for EPC and upstream project contracts.
  • Assess financial risk in bids, tenders, and contract terms.
  • Coordinate with project teams on payment structures, bonds, and guarantees.

Corporate Finance & Capital Sourcing:

  • Source and structure debt and equity funding for projects and corporate needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Lead due diligence, negotiations, and documentation for financing transactions.
  • Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic financial initiatives.

Governance & Reporting:

  • Prepare treasury and financing reports for executive management.
  • Ensure robust internal controls across treasury and finance functions.

Competencies (Skills, Experience, and Knowledge)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/Master’s an advantage).
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or project finance, ideally within EPC, oil & gas, or energy sectors.
  • ACA, ACCA, ICAN (Chartered Accountant) or CFA Charterholder required.
  • Strong track record in capital raising, contract financing, and banking relationship management.
  • Solid understanding of project finance structures, bonds/guarantees, and risk management.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
