Responsibility :
- Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions.
- Liaise With delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
- Monitor tumaround times and dentify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
- Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND With a minimum in Logistics & Supply chain Management, Transport Management, or Business administration.
- 0-2 years post-graduation experience. proficiency in Microsoft Office application Microsoft ExceL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- NYSC completion certificate (or exemption)
