Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services (power, water, waste management, etc.)
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure quality service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within a hospital setting
- Coordinate space management, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Implement systems that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and safety
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to facility-related emergencies
- Proficiency in facility management tools and reporting systems.
