Driver
Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for staff, materials, and official assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, visitors, and materials to designated locations
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle(s)
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure vehicle documents, licenses, and permits are valid and up to date
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, charging schedules, and vehicle maintenance
- Monitor battery levels and ensure proper charging of electric vehicles
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
- Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ND/OND qualification with 3–5 years proven driving experience, including experience operating electric vehicles (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Good knowledge of Abuja roads and interstate routes
- Ability to operate manual, automatic, and electric vehicles
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with electric vehicle charging and battery management
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
- The ideal candidate must have proven driving experience, including experience driving electric vehicles, and a good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes within and outside Abuja.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving company or official vehicles
- Defensive driving certification is an added advantage
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
- Physically fit and able to handle long-distance driving
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
