Creative & Cultural Arts Educator
Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and creative CCA Educator to lead extracurricular and enrichment activities that support learners’ creativity, leadership, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise Creative & Cultural Arts (CCA) activities
- Organize clubs such as drama, art, debate, crafts, and cultural showcases
- Encourage learner participation in competitions and exhibitions
- Support holistic development through non-academic programs
- Maintain records of learner participation and progress in CCA activities
- Collaborate with other staff to integrate creativity into school life
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment during CCA sessions
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, or related field
- Experience working with children in creative or extracurricular settings
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- High level of creativity and enthusiasm
- Ability to manage diverse learner groups effectively.
