Job Description
- We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join our specialist team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional obstetric and gynaecological care while contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical services and mentoring junior medical personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care to patients
- Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
- Conduct normal and assisted deliveries, including Caesarean sections
- Diagnose and treat gynaecological conditions and reproductive health issues
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies
- Perform gynaecological surgeries when required
- Provide family planning and reproductive health services
- Supervise and support junior doctors, nurses, and midwives
- Collaborate with paediatricians and other specialists for optimal patient care
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, safety standards, and infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical Degree
- 3 – 5years post-qualification clinical experience
- Valid practicing license with MDCN
- Fellowship (FWACS, FMCOG, or equivalent) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Strong expertise in obstetric and gynaecological procedures
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric cases
- Experience working in a private or multi-specialty hospital
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
