Responsibilities

• Take full site responsibility for construction delivery from mobilisation to handover
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor and control construction programme, cost and quality
• Enforce a zero-accident HSE culture on all sites
• Resolve technical issues, manage RFIs and implement site instructions
• Chair progress meetings and produce client and management reports
• Manage procurement and delivery of materials and plant to site
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain complete site records
• Manage temporary works, logistics and site set-up
• Manage subcontractor performance and commercial relationships.

Requirements

• 10 – 13 years post-COREN or post-CORBON registration (mandatory)
• At least 5 years as a site or project manager after achieving full registration
• Managed construction of buildings or infrastructure projects valued ₦500M and above
• Experience managing large site teams (50+ workers) in Nigeria
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, temporary works and sequencing.
