QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:
- Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in ANY MANAGEMENT OR SOCIAL SCIENCE RELATED COURSE .
- Minimum of Second Class Upper degree
- MUST have Certification in SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, IHRP or any other recognized Human Resource certification.
- Ability to interpret, manage personnel and steward organizational code of conduct.
- Administer Personnel Compensations and Benefits
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
