Client Development Officer at Cryo Medical Logistics – Apply Now

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, weekend work applicable on ad hoc basis 

About the Role

This is a dual-function role combining client relationship management with business development. You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating cryogenic transport logistics and fertility concierge services for our clients across Nigeria and worldwide, while also playing a key role in growing our business by identifying and securing new partnerships and client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support domestic and international cryogenic shipments and concierge service delivery
• Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clinic partners, referral networks, and individual clients
• Support the growth of CML’s presence across the Nigerian market and beyond
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners
• Travel nationally and internationally as required to meet clients and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field – healthcare field is a bonus 
• 1–3 years of experience in client-facing, sales, or coordination roles
• Willingness and ability to travel at short notice, domestically and internationally
• Reliable internet access and ability to work effectively in the field and remotely
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Healthcare, medical, or fertility industry background is a strong advantage
