Sales Floor Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and enforce proper FIFO practices
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints
- Support sales targets and store performance goals
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to management
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in retail supervision or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
