Administrator – Technology Innovation & Incubation Center
Job Summary
- Felton invites applications from competent and experienced professionals for the role of Administrator at its Technology Innovation & Incubation Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Centre’s administrative, operational, and coordination activities, with a strong focus on supporting technology innovation, incubation programmes, startups, and research initiatives.
- This role requires a highly organised professional with experience in innovation‑driven environments and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities of the Technology Innovation & Incubation Centre.
- Coordinate technology innovation and incubation programmes, including support for startups, innovators, and researchers.
- Oversee Centre facilities, assets, records, and operational resources.
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Liaise with internal teams, innovators, startups, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance and outcomes of incubation and innovation activities.
- Support the planning and execution of training programmes, workshops, innovation challenges, and related events.
- Ensure compliance with Felton’s internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supervise administrative staff, interns, and service providers within the Centre.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Experience & Competency Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrator or Manager within a Technology Innovation Hub, Incubation Centre, or similar innovation‑focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology, innovation, or incubation programmes.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in standard administrative tools and office productivity software.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
Professional Certifications (Added Advantage)
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Technology Management certifications.
- Relevant professional certifications or memberships.
