Civil Engineer
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of five years of relevant experience to oversee and supervise civil works for a short-term project in Benin City. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to project specifications, safety compliance, and timely completion of assigned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and civil engineering activities on site.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project resources efficiently to meet project timelines
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions as required.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work completed for payment purposes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
