Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting aligned with business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
- Supervise finance and accounting teams, ensuring operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks
- B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an advantage
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is required
- Minimum of 10–15 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience within construction, real estate, or engineering sectors is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- In-depth understanding of Nigerian financial regulations and tax laws
