Store Attendant (Fashion House)

We are looking for an energetic, sales-driven, and customer-focused Store Attendant to join our team. Beyond maintaining an exceptional shopping environment, the ideal candidate must be confident in engaging customers, building relationships, recommending products, and consistently driving sales while delivering a luxury shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and confidently recommend suitable products.
- Actively drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and introducing customers to new arrivals and complementary items.
- Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Arrange merchandise according to the brand’s visual merchandising standards.
- Receive, tag, and organize stock deliveries.
- Carry out routine stock counts and report discrepancies promptly.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support promotions, product launches, and other in-store activities.
- Safeguard company merchandise and report any suspicious activity.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or sales is an advantage.
- A natural passion for selling and achieving results; you enjoy engaging customers and confidently asking for the sale.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
- A genuine interest in fashion and styling.
